Easter is just a few days away…can you believe it? I’m definitely scrambling this year. My husband and I just got back 2 days ago from a little get away in Mexico where we got some much needed time away from the kids as well as celebrated the wedding of a dear friend. But I’m so not ready for Easter. 🙁
Don’t get me wrong, it was amazing to unplug. I actually was planning on writing this post in Mexico but the internet was unreliable and spotty at best. When we got lucky, we checked our email and text messages from grandma holding down the fort with our kids just to make sure we didn’t miss anything major. Even our cell phones kept changing time on us. My husband and I laughed as our cells phones were typically an hour off from one another. Ha, we were never quite sure of the time because neither one of us wear a watch. We truly were disconnected from life.
So, if you are feeling just as unprepared or you’ve been racking your brains for the perfect gluten-free dairy-free dessert that even your friends and family will love then look no more.
I’ve asked some of my blogging friends to help me put together a list that is well rounded and absolutely delicious. Trust me the list does not disappoint. 🙂
